Exchange

Harpoon Apparel and Culture does not do monetary returns, but will gladly accept an exchange of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt. All items must be returned with in 30 days of purchase. Please send email describing the problem with the product, your name, address, and also what product you would like to exchange it for. For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a Harpoon Apparel and Culture Associate must approve the return via email prior to you sending the package. Any returned merchandise received that has not been approved for return or is without a receipt will not be returned to sender until correspondence is made with Harpoon Apparel and Culture Associate. You are responsible for return postage. We suggest you use a priority mail carrier that generates tracking numbers, as Harpoon Apparel and Culture is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please allow 1-4 weeks, but possibly longer, for returns.

Privacy

Harpoon Apparel and Culture wants your experience to be a great one, and especially want you to feel confident when dealing with all personal, and financial information. We take your privacy seriously, and for this reason we use PayPal as our billing service. Your billing and shipping information is only used to fulfill payment, shipping, and purchase services through this website, your information will never be sold. We do not share your information.
